Okay, you got here because you wanted directions to our house. . .

. . . Or, you got here because you are lost in our website.

Either way, you need directions!

On the other hand, if you are trying to find your way out of this page, you may click here to go back to the homepage.

(If you're the type
who prefers maps,

For those who prefer stepwise directions, you must now decide where you will be coming from

(Man, I'll tell you where I'm coming from and it ain't coding
html!)
I'm coming from Denver (or some other point north) and will probably use I-25

I'm coming from the west and would probably come via C-470

I'm coming from Littleton or the northern part of Highlands Ranch and would use University Blvd.

I'm coming from the southern part of Highlands Ranch or Lone Tree and would like to use Highlands Ranch Parkway

FROM I-25

Take the C-470 West exit and go west to University Blvd exit.  Turn left (south) under the highway and follow the instructions FROM UNIVERSITY BLVD.

FROM C-470

Take the University Blvd exit (between Broadway on the west and Quebec on the east) and go south.  Follow the instructions FROM UNIVERSITY BLVD.

FROM UNIVERSITY BLVD

Go to Venneford Ranch Road.  (This is two lights south of C-470.)  Turn to the west (a right turn if you are coming from C-470.)

Venneford Ranch Rd does a lot of winding and bending, but you will procede in a generally westerly direction to the first stop sign.  The cross street is Thistle Ridge Road.  Turn right.

On Thistle Ridge, procede in a generally westerly direction to the second stop sign you encounter.  This cross street is Wild Iris Run.  Turn left.

On Wild Iris you will pass a green belt area on your right and our neighborhood swimming pool on your left.  Go to the first possible right turn and make the turn onto Saltbush Ridge Road.  Saltbush is a one [long] block cul-de-sac.

You're getting close!  Now you only have to navigate the last step!

FROM HIGHLANDS RANCH PARKWAY

Follow Highlands Ranch Parkway to Venneford Ranch Road which is one mile (the third light) west of University Blvd.

Turn north onto Venneford Ranch Rd..  Go 8/10ths of a mile.  Turn left onto Sunset Ridge Road.  The street sign is not very visible going in this direction, but your landmark is a very large green sign identifying the "Timberline Ridge" sub-division.

Go generally west on Sunset Ridge for only about 1/10 mile through a sweeping 'S' turn to the first stop sign.  That cross street is Wild Iris Run.  Turn right on Wild Iris and go one block.

Take a left onto Saltbush Ridge Road.  Saltbush is a one [long] block cul-de-sac.

You're getting close!  Now you only have to navigate the last step!

NAVIGATING THE LAST STEP

Go west to the end of the cul-de-sac and look to your left for 1476 Saltbush Ridge Rd.  It is the traditional saltbox style house with the garage bent at an angle.

Parking can get a little tight during large gatherings.  The best solution is to park several cars "nose in" by the meadow next to our house.  This will double the number of cars (compared to normal parallel parking) while still providing room to turn around in the cul-de-sac.  Our driveway will also accomodate a couple of cars.

MAP

Okay, for you spatial thinkers, here's the map.  If you really want to zoom or pan, here's the link to the actual Mapquest map.
